WE WIN AGAIN

Business Excellence Awards 2010
Saturday 8th May 2010

Congratulations to the Team - Winners of the Small to Medium Enterprize Category

The Cream of Geraldton Businesses congreated at the Queens Park Theatre for the announcement of the Business Excellence Award Winners.

350 guests attended the presentation and then went onto celebrate at the Gala Dinner being held at the QEII. Our team did us proud by presenting a wonderful banquet.

Congratulations to all the other finalists and winners.

A huge vote of thanks to our wonderful staff, who continue to make winning possible. To our suppliers for their support. And a special mention to Paula Purcher who graciously accepted the award on our behalf. In typical form we were working, while others were celebrating.

The staff will enjoy the moment with a rewarding trip to the Islands on the Odyssey Abrolhos in the near future.

It's Official - We have secured our own function centre.

Located in a fully restored heritage building at 214 Marine Terrace, we will be taking bookings from 1st January 2010.

Why POSH? This is an ancient navigation technique
- POSH stands for

Port Outside Starboard Home.

And being that we are on the fabulous Geraldton foreshore located right next door to the Geraldton Yacht Club the nautical theme was a given.

Of course we are still available to cater for your event
at all the other fantastic function centres in Geraldton and the
Midwest, but we just wanted to offer you one more to choose from.

The Liberal Party hosted a function for 160 guests at the QEII in Geraldton.
Our staff had the pleasure of spending some time with the Premier following dinner.

Steve & Merrill, Wow…. What a difference the right food and advice makes to a conference !!! The West Australian Port Authorities Association Biennial Conference 2009 has been an absolute success, and is due in no small part to you and your team. A conference is as much about the food and ambience as it is about the speakers and their topics. Your attention to detail in set-up, the fantastic food, and your professional and friendly manner were commented on by staff and delegates alike. Of course, on top of the wonderful conference, the work you did it terms of liaison, design and catering for our Conference Dinner was awesome. I certainly think it was better than any corporate function I have attended. The first comment that Kay made about the Conference Dinner and the work undertaken by Dalgleish Catering is that it was “Just Brilliant”, and that Merrill was “Magnificent”. I know that our CEO & Chairman agree wholeheartedly. Our Chairman went so far as to say that the Geraldton WAPAA Conference is the best WAPAA Conference he has ever been to.
